Each church that participates in their state’s network receives the following:

• A minimum of (3) prime-time 1 hour slots each week on their state’s 24/7 channel.
  
• Internet performance licensing through SESAC, BMI, and ASCAP for all services streamed on this network.
  
• An archived on-demand section for their church, featuring their previous three services from the 24/7 channel.
  
• A listing in the networks directory with a link to each church’s website.
  
• An announcement section for churches in the network to advertise special upcoming events.

Use of Content on Baptist Networks
The following restrictions and conditions apply specifically to your use of content on Baptist Network Websites including all of the individual state websites (ie. AlBaptistNetwork.com, LaBaptistNetwork.com, etc…) You may access Member Submissions solely: for your information and personal use; as intended through the normal functionality of the Baptist Network  LLC Steaming Service: "Streaming" means a contemporaneous digital transmission of an audiovisual work via the Internet from the Baptist Network Service to a user's device in such a manner that the data is intended for real-time viewing and not intended to be copied, stored, permanently downloaded, or redistributed by the user. Accessing User Videos for any purpose or in any manner other than Streaming is expressly prohibited. Member Videos are made available "as is." Content on the Website is provided to you “AS IS” for your information and personal use only and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners. Baptist Networks reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website and the Content.

By using the Baptist Networks streaming service, and viewing its content, you understand that you will be exposed to Member Submissions from a variety of sources, and that Baptist Networks LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Submissions, with the exception of broadcasting rights granted to Baptist Networks through secured arrangements with ASCAP, SESAC, and BMI. Baptist Networks makes no claims of coverage for content that is not covered through the three previously mentioned copyright organizations, and holds its members soly responsible for securing any necessary approvals for their content. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Member Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Baptist Networks LLC  with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold Baptist Networks LLC, its Owners/Operators, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the site.

Member Submitted Content:
You shall be solely responsible for your own Member Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with Member Submissions, regardless of who encoded your material, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Baptist Networks LLC to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Member Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the Member Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service.
